NuLife Medical Supplies – Return Policy

Effective Date: 12 June 2025

NuLife Medical Supplies is committed to ensuring the safety, compliance, and satisfaction of our customers. To meet legal and regulatory standards—including FDA, CMS, and private insurance guidelines—please review the following policy carefully.


1. Final Sale Items – No Returns or Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items due to health regulations and insurance restrictions:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., incontinence supplies, wound dressings)

  • Respiratory products (e.g., CPAP machines, masks, tubing)

  • Mobility aids that have been assembled or used

  • Items marked as "non-returnable"

  • Any product purchased through insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid


2. Eligible Returns (Self-Pay Purchases Only)

Returns are accepted only for self-pay items that meet all of the following criteria:

  • Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Please note:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Returns without an RMA or beyond the return window will not be accepted


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

Do not discard the item or packaging until you receive confirmation from us.


4. Shipping or Fulfillment Errors

Please notify us of any missing or incorrect items within 3 business days of delivery. We will investigate and correct verified issues at no cost to you.


5. Insurance-Covered Purchases (Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance)

As required by federal and insurance regulations:

  • All items billed to insurance are final sale

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed on insurance-covered items

  • This includes purchases through Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers

  • These policies are in place to comply with CMS and fraud prevention requirements

Please verify insurance-covered orders carefully before finalizing your purchase.


6. Undeliverable or Refused Orders

If an order is undeliverable or refused:

  • A 15% restocking fee and shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund (for self-pay orders only)

  • Insurance-billed items that are undeliverable are generally non-refundable


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (for self-pay items) will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item


8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time in response to changes in law, insurance regulations, or internal procedures.
