Due to the nature of our products and compliance with health and safety regulations, our return and refund policies are outlined below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used:
- Breast Pumps (unless defective)
- Personal care items and accessories (e.g., tubing, flanges, collection bottles)
- Opened medical supplies
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original, unopened packaging
- Be returned within 15 days of purchase or delivery
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing a refund or exchange.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, subject to manufacturer warranty policies and insurance carrier guidelines (if applicable).
5. Insurance-Covered Items
Products billed to your insurance may be subject to the terms of your insurance policy. In many cases, insurance-covered breast pumps and medical equipment are non-returnable once the claim is submitted or the item is delivered.
If your insurance denies coverage after you receive a product, you may be responsible for the full retail cost of the item. Please verify your insurance eligibility before placing an order.
